Shipping cost

Shipping is calculated for your address and shown at checkout before you pay — the total you see at checkout is the total you pay us. There are no surprise shipping charges after checkout.

Processing time

Orders are processed and handed to the carrier within 1–3 business days. You'll get an email confirmation when you order, and a second email with your tracking number when your order ships.

Delivery time

Estimated delivery is 7–14 business days after processing for US addresses. For international addresses, delivery times vary by destination and customs, and the estimate for your address is shown at checkout before you pay.

Where we ship

We ship worldwide with tracked delivery. If items in one order come from different supplier partners, they may arrive in separate packages on different days — each package gets its own tracking number.

Tracking your order

When your order ships, we email you the tracking number so you can follow it to your door. Delivery times are estimates and can vary with carrier volume, holidays and weather.

International orders

Depending on your country, customs or import duties may apply to your order. Where they apply, they are set by your country and are the buyer's responsibility.

Running late?

If your order hasn't arrived by the end of its delivery window, email us at hello@myfirsthug.com with your order number and we'll make it right. Our Returns & Refunds page explains what happens if something arrives damaged or incorrect.
