My First Hug (myfirsthug.com) is operated by My Cookies Closet, a business registered in Los Angeles County, California (Fictitious Business Name Statement #2026215272), 5904 Woodman Ave Apt 203, Van Nuys, CA 91401. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Shopping with us
My First Hug is made for teens ages 13–19. If you're under 18, please shop with a parent's permission — a parent or guardian completes every purchase at checkout.
Orders and payment
When you place an order, you agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and contact information. Payment is processed securely by Stripe; we do not store your full card details. Prices are shown in your selected currency, and checkout is in USD. We may cancel or refuse an order — for example, if an item becomes unavailable or a price was listed in error — and if that happens we'll refund any amount paid for the cancelled order.
Product information
We work to keep product details, materials and availability accurate and up to date as supplier information becomes available. Colors may look slightly different on different screens.
Shipping
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, with tracked delivery and an estimated 7–14 business days for US addresses. Full details are on our Shipping Info page.
Returns and refunds
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery under the conditions on our Returns & Refunds page. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse this site, interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
Intellectual property
Site content, branding and design belong to My Cookies Closet or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission. Product names and images belong to their respective owners.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, My Cookies Closet is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of this site or our products. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and your rights as a consumer under California law are not affected.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
